Our factory cover an area of about 20,000 square meter, we have about 60 employees. Now we own the complete production equipment such as laser cutting machines, stamping machines, deep draw machines, punching machines, tube bending machines, Tube laser cutting machine, welding robots, CNC center machines, Sand blast machines, Sheet rolling machines, etc.
Meanwhile, we have strong capability of design, development and manufacture of tooling and we can produce the products according to customers' drawings and samples.

A: Yes, all parts are custom made according to customers' drawings or samples. If you have any parts to be made, please feel free to send us your drawings or samples.
3. Q: Will you drawing be safe after we get it?
A: Yes, we will not reveal your design to third party without your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send us your drawing.
4. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Usually we don't set MOQ, but big quantity will get a cheaper price. And we are happy to make sample for clients to ensure quality standard firstly.
5. Q. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A:If you want to check sample first, you need to pay the sample charge and the charge will be refunded to you when the mass order is confirmed.
6. Q:What payment terms are you accept?
A:T/T. Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 50% Deposit in advance, 50% balance before shipment
7. Q:What kinds of information you need for a quote?
A: Kindly please provide the product 2D drawing in PDF and 3D drawing in Step. Or Stp. Format.
8.Q:How long can I get the sample and bulk order?
A; About sample, if don't need to make tooling, the lead time is around 15 days. If need to make tooling, the lead time is around 30 days. About bulk production, the lead time is about 35-45 days, it depends on quantity and product.
