1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Typically, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) stands at one 20'ft container per item. However, exceptions are available for select items.
For items that are simpler to produce, the MOQ could be as low as 3 items combined within one 20'ft container.
Conversely, for larger or complex products that fit around 100 pieces in a 20'ft container or those requiring unique molds, the MOQ remains at one 20'ft container per item.

2. Payment Terms:
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit initiates production, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days after the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) is provided.
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit available at sight.

3. Sample Policy:
Sample costs and freight charges are the responsibility of the requester.
Typically, sample costs are double the FOB price, with the possibility of negotiation, in addition to express shipping fees.
For express shipments, prepaid costs apply; however, if samples are included with an order shipment or container, no additional freight fees apply, though the sample costs remain applicable.

4. OEM & ODM:
We enthusiastically accept both OEM & ODM production requests.

5. Packaging Options:
Our standard packaging comprises a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Please communicate any specific packaging needs to us before we prepare a quotation.

6. Confidentiality Assurance:
a. Customer-provided designs are safeguarded with the utmost confidentiality, never disclosed to third parties.
b. Customers sourcing our designs are prohibited from sharing them with any other vendor or provider.

7. Product Testing:
a. Customers are encouraged to conduct their own product tests, if necessary. We offer free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for testing; we will assist with the logistics, but testing costs are borne by the customer. Certificates issued will reflect the customer's name.
b. We recommend testing facilities such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV for accuracy and reliability.
c. Our production processes adhere to international standards, including ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ.

8. Product Selection Process:
a. Kindly provide the item codes for products of interest, limiting your query to 10 items to facilitate efficient quotations.
b. A focused selection of fewer products allows us to expedite your quote.
For inquiries concerning 3 items or fewer, expect a detailed quote within 24 hours.
c. Due to our vast range of over 1500 items, varying international standards, size specifics, exchange rate fluctuations, and raw material price changes, we do not maintain a standard price list. Each quote is customized to your precise needs.
