We like to provide the sample,but need sample cost and express fee.

3. Do you have Safety Certifications?
We have an in-house TÜV test lab and Anbotek test lab, and depending on the product, we have items that carry Safety Certifications. For specific compliance requirements, we can have product tested to virtually any worldwide safety standard. Contact us for details.

4. Do you accept small order?
Yes, small order is workable.

5. What type of Package do you offer?
We offer neutral branding in standard gift or brown box tested to international shipping standards. We also offer customized packaging designed and made to your specifications. 

6. How do you ensure the quality control?
 We'll inspect every process when mass production, and test the sample before packing.

7. What are Your Payment Terms?
T/T and L/C are the most common forms of payment, specific terms can be discussed with you prior to you issuing a purchase order.

8. What is the delivery Time for Samples and Bulk Orders?
Sample lead time is normally around 7-10 days. For most products, bulk orders are approximately 30 days after receipt of payment. However, production time normally depends on order quantity and specifications.
