a. The whole machine material is selected by the national standard manganese-containing bridge steel (Q345A) for welding and aging treatment. The comprehensive mechanical properties of this kind of steel is nice, it has good plasticity and weld ability. The surface is subjected to a special process to remove surface rust and oxide layer, and the bottom layer is sprayed with high-grade zinc yellow polyester paint, and spray high grade automotive paint on the surface.
b. The vacuum system is designed reasonably, the vacuum is high and reliable, sucking glass sheet speed is fast, and the vacuum pressure switch adopts the Delta brand.
c. The device has a one-button reset function, all the preparations before the automatic start can be completed by pressing the touch screen, which greatly improves the work efficiency. The device has a fault alarm and a safety alarm device.
